Been in the red meat trade since 1998, has helped make Stoddart's the company it is today.

Currently Vice President of The Scottish Association of Meat Wholesalers. Regularly practices Muay Thai and Krav Maga.
Nicky Shanley
Head of Technical Services

Over 25 years in the food industry in a variety of sectors. Experience in working with all the major retailors covering high risk/care, value added and low risk/care environments.

Hobbies include playing badminton and travelling.
John Kerr
Procurement Manager

Joined Stoddarts in 2013 and became procurement manager in 2018, has been involved in agriculture all his life.

He also farms cattle and sheep in south west Scotland.

22 years of experience at Stoddart's starting as a trainee and through dedication and hard work become the Production Manager.

Always striving to hit his highest peak, he loves to climb Munros in his spare time.

Away from the office Paul enjoys all kinds of sports and music.

Training & Quality Manager

Over 34 years working in the meat industry starting in a local Butchers with traditional values, and 25 years working with Stoddart's.

Butchery is his passion and loves the opportunity to share his knowledge and skills.

Started out in retail butchery with the Co-op nearly 30 years ago. Had worked in factory processing with Grampian Food Group/Vion UK, predominantly in fresh pork, then 4 years in Salmon processing with Marine Harvest.
