Grant Moir Managing Director Over 30 years experience in the meat industry, comprising chicken, pork, beef and sliced cooked meats. Previously the Managing Director of Tranfield Foods which at the time was the largest sausage producer in the UK.	Julie Fancourt Finance Director Seasoned Finance Director with over 20 years FMCG experience. Strong track record implementing sound and robust financial governance, integrating acquisitions and improving overall operational performance. Formerly Group Director of Finance for the Tranfield Food Group.	Brian Chapman Sales Manager Over 25 years of experience in the Red meat industry, with extensive production, operational and sales knowledge gained while working in various roles within Stoddarts.	Roisin Turner Commercial Manager The newest member of the Stoddarts commercial team, having previously worked in several commercial roles in the impulse category. Her hobbies include walking her dog, pub quizzes and travelling.
Laura-Ann Blanche HR Manager Joined Stoddart's in 2023 with a passion for growth and development, joining the senior management team in 2024. CIPD educated with expertise in Employee Relations, Communications and Organisational Change. Enjoys trips around Scotland following both of her son's football endeavours!	John Kerr Procurement Manager Joined Stoddarts in 2013 and became procurement manager in 2018, has been involved in agriculture all his life. He also farms cattle and sheep in south west Scotland.	Brian Steven General Manager - Broxburn 22 years of experience at Stoddart's starting as a trainee and through dedication and hard work become the Production Manager. Always striving to hit his highest peak, he loves to climb Munros in his spare time.	Piotr Bartyzel General Manager - Ayr Has worked for Stoddart's since 2013, with 15 years of food and retail experience. Is a keen motoring enthusiast.
Graeme Brown Despatch Manager 18 years with Stoddarts. He joined straight from school, started in hygiene and kept working his way up. Always willing to push himself to learn new skills.	Suzanne Doughty Financial Controller Over 20 years of experience in Finance Has worked in sectors such as hospitality, construction and retail	Grant McMichael Engineering Manager & Head of Logistics & Stock Control 18 years with Stoddart's. Experience through various departments covering Intake, Despatch, Further Processing and Engineering. He's a big fan of Eastenders.	Scott Cameron-Findell Group IT Manager Joined Stoddarts in 2023 with experience in IT in a variety of sectors, making business easier with the use of technology

Our dedicated teams make Stoddart's who we are. A number of our senior managers and key butchers have in excess of 20 years experience. We promote an open and inclusive culture which helps to contribute to our "one team approach" in everything that we do.
