With over a century of experience our procurement team select only the best cattle - so you don't have to. They regularly visit our farmers, not only to source the cattle but to work alongside the farmers to maximise their yields. Our procurement team also ensure we feedback to our farmers about the quality of their cattle.

We work closely will all our farmers, most we of whom we have known for a long time, so we know exactly where our cattle come from. All our cattle are born and raised on farm assured farms and transported by farm assure hauliers, guaranteeing our cattle have been well cared for. Complete traceability is guaranteed. We mainly use Scotch Beef PGI or Certified Aberdeen Angus beef - and we are in fact one of the largest producers of certified Aberdeen Angus in the UK.
